Oasis Medical Retreat, LLC is the sole owner collected on this site.  Oasis Medical Retreat only has access to collect information that you voluntarily give through email or direct contact.  We will not sell this information.  We will use your confidential information to respond to you regarding the purpose you contacted use.

Payment Terms

Oasis Medical Retreat has financing thru MedPro patient Fund.

If You wish to continue forward, you will be making payment arrangements directly to the doctor,travel and hotel.

Cancellation and Changes

Because of the specials need of the medical/tour package there may be a cancellation fee.  Oasis Medical Retreat, LLC has no control over any fees and cannot consider making any exceptions to these changes.

Travel Insurance

When traveling oversea, you may want to purchase travel insurance.

Travel Documents

Oasis Medical Retreat is based in the United States and specializing in medical treatment outside of the continental United States.  Therefore you will need a Passport.  Depending on the length of stay or the country you are traveling to, you will need a Visa.   You may check your Visa requirement at time of booking your travel.  Oasis Medical Retreat, LLC will provide visa information when needed.

Prices, Rates and Fares

Price rates are in the United States Dollar (USD).  Prices are subject to change at anytime prior to departure.
I have fully read and considered all of the term and statements contained in the Release of Liability/Disclaimer before affixing my signature.

I fully understand and intend this user agreement to be the legal equivalent of a signed, written contract between you and Oasis Medical Retreat, LLC, and equally binding.

If you don't agree to the terms contained in this Agreement, please exit the Site immediately.
